However, the potential for developing and supporting industrial parks in Vietnam has become more essential than ever, contributing to promoting investment promotion in constructing main industrial parks.

- Regulations on land use: allowing enterprises to lease or buy land according to production needs, helping to expand business scale or scale down production depending on the market and consumption demand.
- Infrastructure standards: building high-quality infrastructure to help enterprises operate efficiently and stably, without interruption due to infrastructure issues.
- Equipped with full public utilities: creating favorable conditions for workers to work and live in the area, supporting enterprises in attracting and retaining talent.
2. Why are Luong Dien 2, and Luong Dien 3 considered Promising Supporting Industrial Park Clusters
In the context of an increasingly competitive real estate market, there are still positive signals of transformation.
